Festival style wedding inspiration

Last September we were thrilled to host a wedding styled shoot with some absolutely fantastic local Worcestershire & Herefordshire based wedding suppliers and with the theme of “A Festival, Boho Bride”. We were more thrilled when Matrimony Magazine, a hard copy and digital wedding magazine focusing on Worcestershire and Herefordshire wedding suppliers, asked us if they could use one of our images as a front cover for the spring and summer 2022 edition. Of course we said yes!
As a wedding venue based on our working farm, rustic and chilled is very much a central part of our wedding ethos, and our couples are all people looking for this relaxed and non-traditional vibe, too, who love our wedding yurt. Festival and boho wedding styles and themes are very much a feature here at Bennetts Willow Barn, and we really offer the perfect outdoor focused wedding space for this kind of wedding. With our unusual wedding yurt and the surrounding marquee garden with its beautiful log wall, and our rustic barn for your indoor ceremoney and the evening wedding party, our wedding venus is perfect for couples wanting to celebrate in a non-traditional way, with fun at the centre of their big day.
Our brief for this shoot was simply ” a bright and fun festival wedding, featuring a cow” and oh boy did these wedding suppliers pull it off! @venuestylingbyfloyd & @georginas_flowers worked brilliantly together to create the brightest display of colour we have ever had at a wedding, and the short length wedding dress from @weddingqtr worked perfectly with the theme. We adored the mermaid plait by @sayyesbridalstylist and the bold make up by @ruth_rowberrymakeupartist
We used one of our own friendly dairy cows, Tilly, in the shoot and she did not fail to perform! Thank you so much to @electric_blue_photos for producing the most beautiful images.
