We are often praised for our flexibility as a wedding venue, so we have launched a brand new all inclusive twilight wedding for couples looking for an evening wedding celebration in the West Midlands.

Your Wedding, your way!

If you want something different to the norm: an evening only wedding option, often called a ‘twilight wedding’ could be for you. If you love our venue and want to make the full use of our barn, yurt marquee and garden, but without committing to the cost and time of organising a whole day long wedding, this is for you.

Twilight wedding considerations

  • One of our experienced wedding co-ordinators will be assigned to you from booking and they will get an idea of your plans. They will then arrange to have an in person meeting with you approximately 2 months before your wedding to run through your plans so they can co-ordinate the logistics, guests and any external suppliers on the day. So you can completely relax and enjoy the celebration during the evening!
  • Your hire time includes your set up and clear away time. The party will usually start at 7pm, with us serving your hog roast or pizzas at 8pm, and the ice cream at 9.30pm. Party music must finish by 11pm, with background music until 11:30pm.
  • Friday & Saturday hire option only
  • Just ask for our band and DJ recommendations – we would love to help ensure your dancefloor is filled all night!
  • Winter pricing & options are available upon request, although our yurt and garden are not available between November & March

The first thing to do is complete our enquiry form, so that we can find out a little bit more about you and your plans and ideas so far. If you really haven’t gotten very far with those just yet, please don’t worry!

After completing our enquiry form you will automatically receive a link to book in for a personal venue tour with one of our team, so you can move at your own pace with your planning.

After your tour, if you want to go ahead and book us as your wedding venue, we ask for a £1,000 deposit (or £500 deposit for a winter wedding) to secure your date.

The Twilight Wedding Package is an evening-only option for couples who’d like to celebrate their wedding later in the day, enjoying the same beautiful venue setting without organising a full wedding day from morning to night.

The package covers exclusive use of the barn, yurt marquee and wedding garden from 5:30 pm until midnight, including set-up and clear-away time.

Yes – the package is available for Friday and Saturday evenings only during the specified season (April to October).

The “Twilight Wedding Package” is specifically offered for April to October when the yurt marquee and garden are available. Winter pricing and options (November to March) may be available on request, but the yurt and garden are not available during that period.
