We are delighted that you are considering holding your wedding here with us at Bennetts Willow Barn, on our farm in Worcestershire, an easy distance from the historic city of Worcester.

We would love to help you celebrate the first day of your new lives together with an epic wedding celebration that you and your guests will remember forever.

Say “I do” in our stunning barn or outside under our rose covered pergola. Eat, drink and be merry surrounded by the rustic charm of our unique and spectacular yurt marquee. Play games, sip cocktails, and lounge in deckchairs in our beautiful garden.

Toast marshmallows around the fire pit after dusk. Dance the night away amongst the fairy lights in our barn. Sleep in Mongolian style yurts an easy walk away, and then wake up and want to do it all over again!

Our Barn

Our barn provides the perfect light and airy space for an indoor licensed ceremony or a blessing. Maximum seated capacity for a ceremony in the barn is 100.

Enjoy a seated meal in our barn, with banquet style seating, a popular option on our wooden trestle tables with limewash Chiavari chairs. Maximum capacity for a seated meal in the barn is 70.

Dance the night away under our fairy lit, hand crafted oak beams with the benefit of our air-conditioning system. Enjoy a band, DJ or even a ceilidh. Maximum unseated capacity in the barn is 100, but 160 if you also have the yurt marquee & garden in your booking.

Our Yurt Marquee

Our unique yurt marquee is surely something your guests will always remember. We love hearing the “wows” when people walk in! It can seat up to 140 guests, using our rustic wooden trestle tables and limewash Chiavari chairs.

The handcrafted oak frame with colourful bunting, chandeliers and fairy lights create a fun atmosphere before you even add any of your own décor, meaning you can keep your styling simple, if that is what you would like to do. Or you can add lots of flowers and decor if you want a real wow factor from your wedding styling.

Our spectacular yurt marquee had a brand new canvas for the 2024 wedding season. It hosts a licensed bar during the daytime and plenty of room for entertainers, come rain or shine.

Our Garden

Our garden has plenty of room for fun and games, and it’s a fabulous space for an outdoor ceremony and for your guests to have something to “do” during your party. Our garden games, including vintage croquet, rustic limbo & giant Jenga, are provided with garden bookings as a complimentary extra for you.

Our yurt marquee garden is a perfect size for an outdoor wedding. It’s not so big that guests wander off and get lost, and the toilets are nearby. Play games, enjoy an outdoor arrival drinks bar, and sip cocktails on our deckchairs in the sunshine during the daytime.

Our fairy lights & festoon lighting add to the party atmosphere from dusk, and we include marshmallows for toasting around our fire pit for the evening as another complimentary extra.

Glamping

Our neighbour on the farm, Worcester Glamping, is perfectly situated for accommodation the night before and after your wedding, for you and your guests.

Stumble into bed after a long day celebrating, and enjoy the Worcestershire stars, ready to wake up with friends and family the next day to relive the wedding party together over breakfast.

There are 10 Mongolian style yurts, and you can book 5 or all 10 of them, passing on the cost to your guests if you wish. Each yurt sleeps up to 4 adults, in real beds.

The first thing to do is complete our enquiry form, so that we can find out a little bit more about you and your plans and ideas so far. If you really haven’t gotten very far with those just yet, please don’t worry!

After completing our enquiry form you will automatically receive a link to book in for a personal venue tour with one of our team, so you can move at your own pace with your planning.

After your tour, if you want to go ahead and book us as your wedding venue, we ask for a £1,000 deposit (or £500 deposit for a winter wedding) to secure your date.
