Exclusive use of our Barn, Yurt Marquee and Marquee Garden from 9am to close on the day of your wedding, and from 3pm to 7pm the day before your wedding for setting up. Up to 150 guests daytime and evening. Includes day before set up time and the help of a wedding co-ordinator in planning and on the day.

Exclusive use of our Barn & Café Mezzanine (for a drinks reception) from 9am to close on the day of your wedding. Up to 60 guests daytime and 100 in the evening. Includes the help of a wedding co-ordinator in planning and on the day.

Everything below is included as part of your wedding, so you can plan with confidence and no hidden extras.

Please note: Food and drink are priced separately via our curated menus or external suppliers.

  • A ‘Thanks for Booking’ gift from us
  • Ceremony set up & clear away (we don’t charge extra for holding your ceremony here)
  • Basic table set up of any table plans and simple décor by our team, including turnarounds after a ceremony or due to wet weather
  • Tables & chairs for up to 140 guests (subject to room capacities), with highchairs available
  • A beautifully presented rustic arrival drinks bar
  • Festoon lighting & fairy lights
  • Bar staff & glassware, including for serving arrival & toasting drinks
  • Crockery, cutlery & staff for food service (with our catering only)
  • Cake table, knife, napkins, & our staff will cut & serve your cake
  • The assistance of a dedicated wedding venue co-ordinator, including three in-person meetings, roughly 12, 6 & 3 months prior to your wedding, who will know your wedding plans inside and out and co-ordinate your guests and suppliers on the day of your wedding
  • Air conditioning & amplified speakers in the barn
  • Excellent photographic backdrops around the venue
  • Ample free car parking on site

The first thing to do is complete our enquiry form, so that we can find out a little bit more about you and your plans and ideas so far. If you really haven’t gotten very far with those just yet, please don’t worry!

After completing our enquiry form you will automatically receive a link to book in for a personal venue tour with one of our team, so you can move at your own pace with your planning.

After your tour, if you want to go ahead and book us as your wedding venue, we ask for a £1,000 deposit (or £500 deposit for a winter wedding) to secure your date.

Not to us, whether you are holding a legal ceremony or a celebrant led ceremony. You will need to pay fees to the registrar oryour celebrant, so please do check with them.

Yes – we are even licensed for legal ceremonies outside! If you choose an outside ceremony, we do suggest you have a back up plan for the barn or yurt marquee in case of bad weather.

Absolutely. We are a dog friendly venue inside & outside.

Sadly not. They pose a risk to our cows and surrounding farm buildings.

Yes, you may use non-drip candles in secure bases or holders.

We are able to extend your hire time to allow for longer than usual time for setting up or clearing away, subject to availability. Please speak with your co-ordinator for options and pricing.

You certainly can, including outside caterers if you really want to use someone else that you love, like a favourite street food van. But they will need to be approved by us and also self sufficient – we can only provide them with water and basic electricity.

We prefer for all drinks to be purchased from us, please. If you want to provide mini spirit bottles as wedding favours, we charge a corkage fee of £2 per adult guest. If you have a particular cocktail van that you really want to include in your celebration, please let us know and we can look at coming up with a bespoke corkage plan for you.

Across the barn, yurt marquee and garden together our maximum capacity is 160 guests.

We have a midnight finish on a Friday & Saturday, and 11pm finish on a Sunday to Thursday. Last orders at the bar are 15 minutes before closing time. Any party music (your band or DJ) must finish 1 hour before close, with background music allowed for the next half an hour. This is all in line with our licensing conditions.

We have a number of suppliers we have worked with before and love & very happily recommend! Please ask your wedding venue co-ordinator for our recommendations. We don’t get any kick-backs from our recommendations, they are just suppliers we genuinely love.

We are unable to allow amplified music in the yurt marquee or garden. Amplification can be in the barn only.
