Fun Wedding Photoshoot at Bennetts Willow Barn
Last week, we were delighted to host a vibrant and colourful wedding photoshoot, featuring a collaboration of numerous vendors from across the wedding industry. These types of shoots are a great way for us to showcase what weddings here at Bennetts Willow Barn are like, and they offer a wonderful opportunity tonetwork with fellow businesses while showcasing each other’s talents and services, creating a mutually beneficial platform for everyone involved.
Our vision was to create a bright, festival-themed summer wedding, featuring the ever-popular pink and orange colour palette with a unique twist—a pop of lime. The stunning images capture the playful yet elegant styling, beautifully coordinated stationery, and breathtaking locally grown dahlias provided by the florist, bringing our vision to life in a truly fabulous way.
We made sure to take full advantage of the beautiful features at Bennetts Willow Barn, from the cozy campfire and rustic willow pergola to the fully decked-out yurt. We even managed a quick visit to the cows grazing in the field next to our wedding garden!
One trend we’ve noticed growing in popularity is the “first look.” We incorporated a first look of the yurt, something we highly recommend couples consider. After all the time and effort that goes into planning, it’s such a special moment for couples to see the venue set up before their guests are seated—an opportunity to truly take in the results of their hard work in all the months of planning leaadig up to the wedding.
We also included a bride and groom first look, which we absolutely love. This emerging trend allows couples to share an intimate moment together before the ceremony, away from the eyes of family and friends. It’s perfect for couples who are a bit more private or simply want to enjoy this magical moment together.
We are so pleased with how these pictures turned out and hope they inspire couples as they envision their own festival wedding day. Below, we’ve included a list of the amazing vendors who contributed to making this shoot such a success. If you’re located near Worcestershire and looking for a lively, rustic, and welcoming venue for your upcoming wedding, we’d love to hear from you! Feel free to get in touch.
